  3. Please be aware that weather, strikes, natural disasters, government actions, and other uncontrollable circumstances may delay shipping. Oggy Paddleboards is not responsible for such delays.
  4. Oggy Paddleboards will use its preferred carrier to carry out the delivery process.
  5. Inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours of any damage or loss. Please provide documentation, including photographs, to facilitate the claims process. Damages caused by shipping are not our responsibility, and we must follow freight carriers’ policies to ensure proper handling and reimbursement for any repairs.
